FAQs
Does the brand change from Wellness Way Psych Services to Bellamy Psychology have an impact on services and existing clients?
The brand change does not have an impact on any current clients. The recent brand change simply means that our therapy practice will now be referred to as Bellamy Psychology. We will continue to provide the best service for our current and future clients.
What are your rates?
Rates per session are $275 for individual therapy and $325 for couples therapy. There is also an additional $25 charge for all initial therapy appointments.
What can I expect when I contact you?
During your free, 15-minute phone consultation, we will further assess your needs and determine whether or not we are a good fit to work together. If you would like to schedule an initial appointment, we can do so following this brief consultation.
Do you offer sliding scale fees?
We do not currently have any sliding scale slots available.
Do you accept insurance?
Our providers are out-of-network providers, and therefore do not accept insurance. You are responsible to provide payment in full at the time of your appointment.
We can provide you with documentation to submit along with claims for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider before scheduling a consultation to find out if you have out-of-network benefits for mental health services. Be sure to ask about reimbursement information for the following CPT codes: 90791 for initial appointment, 90834 and 90837 for individual therapy, 90847 for couples/family therapy. You can include 90834-95, 90837-95, and 90847-95 to ask about coverage for tele-health appointments. You can also inquire about what percentage of the rates your plan covers, and whether or not you have a deductible to meet before you can receive out-of-network benefits.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel our appointment. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the full fee of the session.
